Where will I be picked up and dropped off on a Shore Excursion?
Ports in Israel are operated as a sterile security zone and there for one cannot enter drive or walk within the area of the port. In Ashdod Port our vehicles and Tour Guides have a special permit to enter the port and you will be picked from the quay side. In Haifa Port most Cruise Ships are docking by the Passengers’ Terminal and your guide will wait for you as you come out of the terminal pass the security. Sometime the cruise ship will dock not by the terminal (usually if there are more than one ship) and in that case our vehicle and guides have permit to enter the port and you will be picked from the quay side. We will know the docking location in Haifa Port 24 hours in advance and we will act accordingly. In both ports you will be dropped off at the same location of the pickup.
What happens if we are late getting back to the ship?
THIS IS NOT AN OPTION! In more than 25 years in this business we were never late getting back t the ship! We are in a direct and constant contact with the Port Authority and we know in real time if there is any change in the ship’s schedule.
