I want to thank you very much for helping us have a fabulous 2 days in Israel.  Thank you for all your quick and knowledgeable correspondence, and for being so flexible with us when we had last minute change of plans.  All the information you provided us was so helpful and we really felt comfortable putting our trust in you. The private guide you arranged for our Jerusalem day, Ahud, was excellent. We greatly enjoyed our time with him. He was very accommodating, especially with our two young children. My older daughter loved talking with him.  I will always remember our little break we took during our day in Jerusalem, as I was hot, and tired and needed to rest, and to nurse the baby.  Ahud was so understanding and let us stay as long as we needed to under the shade, drinking our waters and enjoying the lovely setting of the Old Town.  He never rushed us, or pressured us in any particular direction, but let us make informed decisions in a very comfortable manner. He made sure to fit in the items that were most important to us (e.g., Temple Mount), as we only had one short day in Jerusalem/Dead Sea.  The car he drove us in was very comfortable, and we really were happy to find a clean infant car seat to use for our baby.
My husband had a very good time on the Haifa group tour. He said the tour guide, Ron, was very knowledgeable.
Overall, we really loved our time in Israel and were so happy to have been able to work with you. We look forward to returning again in the future, and if we ever do, we will certainly be in touch.
